The Providence Bleaching, Dyeing and Calendaring Mill Complex was originally built in 1845 by Christopher Olney to process, bleach, and dye fabric. More than 150 years later, it will be reborn as The Plant – a responsible live/work rental development for the progressive residential or commercial tenant.
