We are a mixed use community that thrives in our live/work spaces and draws its creativity from the distinctive restructured paper mill building. These studios range in size from 529 to 3800 sq. ft. Included in the rental price are your heat, hot water, and parking!

We are a pet friendly community! If you wish to use your space for work, we do have a commercial grade elevator and are part of the artist tax free/ enterprise zone.
