We are a mixed use community that thrives in our live/work spaces and draws its creativity from the distinctive restructured paper mill building. We are a pet friendly community! If you wish to use your space for work, we do have a commercial grade elevator and are part of the artist tax free/ enterprise zone. We will also feature your company name on our website!
